I believe this would be redundant, as Amavis calls on a third-party
virus scanner just as Exiscan does. You would only be doing double the
work. You could disable the malware condition of the Exiscan ACL and let
Amavis do all the work, but I would imagine you'd see better performance
if you let Exim/Exiscan do it alone.
