changed filepermissions?

I run the exim4-daemon-heavy backport on Debian Woody with spamassassin
and
clamav    over the ACL exiscan interface.
Last week there was an update wich put the mailsystem in a state of not
accepting mails from outside because clamav could not access the files
unter
/var/spool/exi4/scan/ any more.

it seems the filepermissions have changed.

Any help or ideas?
