Looks like demime conditon like this:
  deny message = This message contains an unwanted file extension ($found_extension)
        demime =zip

doesn't stop Lotus Notes Attachments like this:

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-type: multipart/mixed;
        Boundary="0__=4EBBE420DFA7B1EC8f9e8a93df938690918c4EBBE420DFA7B1EC"

This file is recognized as psref276.zip ZIP by Outlook, but looks like
it is not by exiscan (rev. 21).
Probably is something wrong with QP usage in Notes, because mutt also doesn't
recognize filename correctly (it shows ?ISO-8859-2?Q?psref276=2Ezip?=).

Any advices?
