I did a quick and dirty hack to AlterMIME so allow it to write standard
out. There's no simple way to do it since I beleive it needs to lseek() on
the output descriptor. What I did was change it to write to a /tmp file
and then output that when it's done. It's still fast and works well.

I don't have access to the code from where I am right now, but I can share
it later if you are interested, let me know.
