filtering

Some spammer from Denmark is using my name in the 'from' header.  I am getting a
ton of bounces.  I've sent some complaints but who knows if that would work. 
At least the universities so far send one long email with a list of the
bounces.  A couple of companies have sent 30 to 50 different bounce notices. 
So far the only response from one univrsity is that I learn how mailers work so
I will know there is nothing they can do. :(  Some of the bounces have the
original headers, some don't so I don't know if I can really filter this crap
out on our gateways.  Any one else had to deal with this?
