Log utilities (was Re: Lots of logged info...)

As long as we're on this subject, does anyone have any good
scripts/utilities for monitoring these logs? For example, when a user or
remote sender has issues getting bounced by spam, I'd like to go in and see
exactly what's happening. I can do a cat and grep to see if they actually
hit the rejectlog and there wasn't another problem, but I'd like to be able
to look through the log without using less or more due to the size of the
files.
