I tested with multiple RCPTs on my site and it seems to work OK. The 
logs don't really help. Please run

exim -bh <IP Address of balalaika>

on mail.ebewe.at, then manually send a message from 
[email protected] to both [email protected] and
[email protected]. The headers are in no way involved in the SPF 
checking, only envelope addresses are used.
