Hi, Peter.  Thanks for the input.  I did what you
suggested and it went through the entire session
without complaining about anything.  So, I
decided
to try a real session.  That also worked just
fine.
Finally, I tried sending a test message from my
Yahoo account (in fact, this account).  That's
the exact circumstance under which I was
encountering the problem yesterday.  It also
worked perfectly.  So, I don't know what to say.
It somehow got fixed.  I hate it when that
happens
because now I don't know what the problem was.

In any event, Thanks for the input.  Whatever.
