Actually, Exiscan has spamc built into it (version 1.2).  It was 
already a little out of date with SA 2.63 (which used spamc 1.3), and 
there have been more changes to spamc/d in 3.0.

If it's working, that's good to know, but there may still some things 
that need to be incorporated from the new spamc in the next Exiscan 
release.
