Totally pointless.  Try to explain to the users that rejecting malware is
NOT the same as deleting it!  Any legit senders will get a failure report.

But if you do implemement any sort of ``recipient notify'', you MUST
ensure it can only ever notify your own local users.  Otherwise, if a
local box gets hit and starts spewing, then you'll be sending out useless
emails to the innocent remote addresses unlucky enough to be victim of
virus emails.  In other words, your site would be spamming.
