Try to explain to the users that rejecting malware is NOT the same as deleting it! Any legit senders will get a failure report. But if you do implemement any sort of ``recipient notify'', you MUST ensure it can only ever notify your own local users. Otherwise, if a local box gets hit and starts spewing, then you'll be sending out useless emails to the innocent remote addresses unlucky enough to be victim of virus emails.
