malware acl condition: clamd: connection to, 127.0.0.1, port 3310 failed (Bad file descriptor)

Just upgraded my FreeBSD 4.10 to exim 4.43 exiscan patch 28 and clamav 
0.80 using ports.

I mow get the error

malware acl condition: clamd: connection to, 127.0.0.1, port 3310 failed 
(Bad file descriptor)

Any help would be appreciated
