Chris,

yes - this was in fact the problem. Richard Gilbert from Sheffield Uni. had
experienced the same thing and tracked down a solution. To make that latest
version work with the previous sophie.savi settings I had to comment out the
line -

GrpSuper: 0

The effect of this line in the previous version was to reset all settings to
the default. In our case (and Richard's) this was OK. There is some doubt as
to what this setting actually does in the latest version but commenting it
out has the desired effect.
