What to do when spamd got killed ?

Hi, how can i stop Mail delivery when spamd got killed. I don´t want that Mails are delivered to User when they are not scanned with Spamasassin. I didn´t found a solution for solving this problem, does anybody of you have an solution or an idea ? MfG M.SOYSAL
