90%+ of viruses are being sent by the virus itself, so a  deny on recipt 
of virus does not generate any kind of bounce to the forged sender, so 
this is not a major concern.

If a mail server is dumb enough to relay a virus, then perhaps a bounce 
will be generated by the relay, but in my experience with a medium scale 
installation, this is a very rare occurance.

Now bounces after the fact are just as bad as sender virus notifications, 
but that's a whole different issue.
