The virus-engine ignores the 5xx response and so the abuse disappears into
the ether.  If however you do hit a genuine mail the sending MTA will
inform its user delivery has failed.

Completely impractical here - we do not have the staff to manually check
tens-of-thousands of ``quarantined'' viruses per day.
