Someone pointed out to me that the version of libspf I was using
(1.0.0-RC6.pre10) did not support macros properly (section 7.1 of spfv1
RFC).
I have updated the documentation to use the latest stable build out of
CVS, which does support macros (e.g. exists:%{i}.<something> -all).
Also providing a gzip tar ball to use, if you can't use CVS for any reason.
For FreeBSD users, I have updated the port. (the one in latest freebsd
ports is very out of date).
