Demime issue with 'message/partial' MIME type

I have this in my ACLs

  deny    message     = Serious MIME defect detected in message content 
($demime_reason)
          log_message = [DATA] mime_defect
          demime      = *
          condition   = ${if >{$demime_errorlevel}{2}{1}{0}}

However, when a MS Outlook mail client is attempting to send images, they are 
getting denied with the following.

2005-02-22 09:39:49 1D3WWD-0005IH-Ny demime acl condition: 'message/partial' 
MIME type
2005-02-22 09:39:49 1D3WWD-0005IH-Ny H=(smtp808.mail.ukl.yahoo.com) 
[217.12.12.198] F=<[email protected]> rejected after DATA: [DATA] 
mime_defect
