Current TNEF support in exiscan

I remember several posts back and forth about TNEF and how the way exiscan
was decompressing it or something could have bugs in it, which prompted
people to block TNEF attachments outright (or they just had more reason to).

I'm going to be configuring email servers for an extremely wide range of
clients, and I have a feeling blocking TNEF attachments (if they're commonly
used - I have no stats on that) could give me a headache with bitchy
clients.

So, I'm wondering if the current exiscan TNEF code in exim 4.50 is good and
all known issues have been resolved?  Is it ok to allow TNEF attachments
through?
