I don't think that it's really possible. dspam relies on you to train
messages, so if you reject them you'll never see false positives to
retrain, which will make it generate even more false positives because
dspam doesn't get a chance to learn. You /might/ have more success by
only rejecting on a very high dspam confidence (I often get 0.999x)
paired with a high probability which should alleviate aforementioned
problem.

That said, dspam now gained an LMTP daemon mode so it'd probably be
easier to use it with that.
