Did you actually look at the SpamAssassin site/download page? (it's always
a good idea to have at least a cursory look at the websites/documentation
for software before throwing yourself completely into it) - it has RPMs
listed on it:

It is also easy to rebuild yourself from the tarball:

rpmbuild -tb Mail-SpamAssassin....tar.gz
