You can get a SpamAssassin tarball with source from
www.spamassassin.org, but it will probably not compile (won't pass the
tests) because you'll still have to get additional Perl modules via
CPAN. So try and sort out the reason for the above error.

The first one might possibly be: have you set up CPAN yet? Running
Wash's command is supposed to do that automatically, the first time you
run it.
