I'm honestly happy to keep it at PHP.
We should use a better templating system - smarty perhaps, it's light
and easy to use.

More than anything, I need more people to help do the development itself
:) Even pseudo code would be a start. If there are more people who can
do this in PHP (I expect there are), then that's an important factor.
