Which implies that installing gnupg or PGP _after_ exmh is 
installed may cause them to have incorrect values.

If that's the case the choices are to:

a) reinstall exmh after installing gnupg/PGP

b) hand editing both the exmh and exmh-bg scripts to have the 
   correct values.
