The fact that the PGP menu's etc. are all hidden is basically a vestige of my initial paranoia about including support for encryption when I was at PARC and had to worry about export laws, PGP was new, etc. etc. As the years pass, and I've exchanged PGP signed email with readers all over the planet, I'm less worried about it. Should we just expose the PGP buttons and menus always?
