Yes.

It probably almost works.

My tests indicate that for almost everything, the path settings
established during install are ignored.

For example, with pgp6 in "/usr/local/bin", and a shell script named
"pgp6" earlier in my path, all but one of the calls to pgp6 used the
shell script in my path.  The same is true for pgp (i.e. pgp2).
While not tested, I expect that the same is true for pgp5 and for
gnupg.

The one exception appears to be the initial call used to decide
whether to display the option buttons.

I'm not much into tk scripting yet.  But this should be simple.  I
will work on it later this week (unless someone beats me to it).
