pre-announce exmh-2.7.2

I've assembled an exmh-2.7.2 tarball release.
Could a few of you pick it up and make sure it installs OK
and isn't horribly broken?  You can find it as
ftp://www.beedub.com/pub/exmh-2.7.2.tar.gz

Things to try:

detached msg or ftoc display, which I don't
normally use but spent a little time with.  In Preferences
Windows and Scrolling.

Flist speed - should feel quicker.
Also, if you have lots of folders
with unseen messages, I found that turning off
Fcache -> Unseen Folders
will speed up the startup time.

Mops -> More -> Save/Extract Attachments
which uses exmh-strip to pull attachments into a directory.
By default this is ~/attachments, and there is a MIME
preference to change that.

and whatever else added recently to exmh.CHANGES that
strikes your fancy.
