waiting.../"Don't Wait" button

Since I upgraded to the latest CVS I found that I no longer get a "Don't Wait"
button when exmh is waiting on a background process. This wouldn't be so bad,
but every now and then I get a hang on rmm which doesn't come back. In the
past, I'd just hit the "Don't Wait" button and didn't worry about whatever was
causing the problem, but without that, I have to killall exmh.
Any idea either why the "Don't Wait" button is gone or why rmm might
occasionally hang forever?
Chris
