Re: 2.7.2 startup problem

I still think it is a window-manager-specific bug with the global
grab, and I'd simply add some option to disable the global grab
to work around it.  Focus and keyboard grab bugs are gory, and you'll
wander into dark corners of the X11 protocol and the window manager
implementation.
