charset problem

Hi all, 

I'm a french exmh user using an english keyboard ;-)

When reading my mails sorted in folders, if I got mails with subjects wth 
accents I can't see clearly them on the item where are listed the subjects. 
But I can see clearly it when clicking on it.


here is what can be seen in the subject :
=?iso-8859-1?Q?Op=E9ration


-> instead of : Opération


When sending a bcc mail, I also have this problem , but the boddy is not 
correct :
"
De plus, une faille de securit=E9 existe sur les versions precedantes =E0=
 la =

derniere
"

-> instead of :
"
De plus, une faille de securité existe sur les versions precedentes à la 
derniere"

And I've forgotten accents ;-)



Here is what I got :
env|grep -i lang 
LANG=fr_FR@euro
LANGUAGE=fr_FR:fr:en_GB:en



Any idea ?
