I've noticed that from time to time as well.  In my case it's on 
Solaris 2.8, RH Enterprise 3, and Mandrake 9.0 with tcl/tk version 
8.0, 8.4.5, and 8.3.3, respectively.  It doesn't happen all the time, 
let alone a lot of the time.  But, it is a bit annoying.
