display of image attachements

Hi! I'm wondering how image display is controled in exmh (2.7.2). The behaviour is as follows, when I press "Display inline" in the context menu: - image/gif: the image is (transformed and) displayed in the main window on place - image/jpg: the image is displayed in an external xv instance - image/tif(f): nothing is displayed I wish xv to be used also for image/tif(f). I read the code and tried to understand where exmh decides to use a real inline display, or to start xv. My idea was to make exmh doing the same thing with tiff, as with jpg. No chance. There are only few places in the code where 'tiff' resides, and there's always a 'jpg' close nearby. Can anyone help me?
