Detecting attachment types by file extension.. how to change exmh's behaviour?

Hi, I am configuring exmh for use on MacOSX. Currently I am working on the mailcap file and on calling the right Applications to open attachments. In principle this is simple, and the following is a minimal but sufficient set: application/*; /usr/bin/open %s audio/*; /usr/bin/open %s image/*; /usr/bin/open %s video/*; /usr/bin/open %s Now the problem is that exmh saves its attachment with the extension .exmh which is a problem for open. As an example, I have a audio WAV file attachment which does not open with exmh's name (1.0=1.13959.exmh), but which opens properly if I rename it to something.wav. Furthermore I see that the filename is declared as whatever.wav in the actual mail message. So I wonder whether I couldnt' get exmh to just use that filename as temporary file, as then the open command would work fine on it. I hope my explanation was clear, please don't hesitate to ask for more precisions.
