Update: faces-related segmentation fault on Mac OSX

Hi,

as I mentioned previously on this list, activating faces in Exmh on
Mac OSX leads to 
a segmentation fault. I am currently trying to debug this and have 
found the culprit. It is in faces.tcl, line 396:

  set image [image create photo -file $facefile -palette $faces(palette)]

so it seems to be some problem with the Img library and the photo option
(if I change photo to xpm, there is no more segfault.. but no image 
either)

Being very tcl-ignorant, I would appreciate any help or suggestion what 
can be done about this, like eg installing a specific version of tcl or 
of the Img library. Currently I am using wish from Fink and Img from 
MacOSX. You can see the detailed crashlog with library versions here:
