I think the idea is that you arrange for your replcomps to not include the
message in your reply template, then you use the
More... -> Attachment -> Insert File
menu in sedit to include the file "@" into your message.
Using vi (or some other editor perhaps) makes this quite a bit easier,
and allows easier reformatting of the message than you can do using sedit.
The right way to handle this isn't in exmh at all, but in nmh, to allow
the replcomps to decode the MIME noise in the message as it is included
into the reply template.
