That's actually mentioned in the nmh release notes, so you can check there
for more information.  You also might want to look at the supplied components
files, as there have been a number of significant changes on that front.

As for the problems sending messages, I think we'd need to see the
exact error messages.  It could be you're using a different MTS then you
were previously.
