Im sure the suggestions made will work, but I know there is 
a much simpler way, and would hate to have to search thru
all the code to find it. The idea is to keep a SINGLE (or
mabe two) folder from changing when filled (like my OLD file
or my Spam file).

The solution Im looking for is to put either a - or a ~ or ! or 
something either before/after the folder name (in .folders?) or
to put an extra line in the .procmailrc entry (not likely).

So, any other thoughts?
