Problem starting firefox.

I have a feeling that I am getting to be a real pest on this list,
but Im sure that this used to work, but it doesn't now.  I've 
played with the exmh-defaults file to no avail.

If a mail message has a highlighted line for a URL to go to,
in this case 'View Issue' which should take me to the current
issue of "Physical Review Letters', on my Linux system I see 
'netscape http://journals ...' and then after a few seconds
the message 'starting netscape'.

On FreeBSD, the viewer is firefox, but I never see the 'starting ...'
message.

Although its long, I'm attaching my exmh-defaults file, as I will
assyne thats where the problem is.
