ezmlm accept notification

Hi,

I'm using:
* ezmlm 0.53
* ezmlm-idx 5.1.0

I'm exclusively using moderated lists.  I would like the original sender of
a message not only be notified when the message is rejected, but also when
it has been accepted and sent to the list.

What is the best way to send such an "accept"-notification ?
