Correct Tokens for verh patch to work to solve junk mail problems

I have installed qmail version 1.03 with ezmlm. When I send a message to a
mailing list it puts the name of the mailing list in the TO: field. When
this happens some mail services will put the mail in the junk folder. I
have read that if I apply the qmail-verh-0.07 patch I can change this so
that the recipient’s name is in the To: field and I would not have the
junk folder problem. I have applied the verh patch but don't know which
files in ezmlm to change or how to change them to make this patch work.
could someone tell me which files and give me an example so that I can do
this and rid myslef of the junk folder problem.
