To VERH or not to VERH?

Hi All,

Just curious... Do most people use VERH to change the TO: field to the
recipient's name or do most people leave the list name in the TO: field?

Anyone care to weigh in with advantages and disadvantages of each approach?
(please be factual and succinct).
