Unsubscribe question

Hello,

I've never had an issue with anyone unsubscribing from one of my ezmlm 
lists.

To day I got this ranting email, kind of funny actually, about this 
person's inability to unsubscribe from a list.

It's a typical set up subscribe request, confirm, welcome message. And 
the unsub has a goodbye message.

I just went through the sub and unsub process with my gmail account and 
it seems to be working just fine.

So I guess my question is, is there any issue with the unsubscribe 
process or is this guy lying to me to get
some attention?
