I'm not sure what you're asking.  The From: header in messages sent by
ezmlm-idx by default remains unchanged from what the original sender
puts there.  The envelope sender contains a specialized address that
identifies the list, message number, and recipient for bounce detection.
There is no header added by ezmlm-idx normally that contains what you
describe.
