Uh, this is pretty ancient.  By my records, version 0.40 of ezmlm-idx
was released no later than Christmas 1999.

ezmlm-idx should be a pretty simple install, as it has effectively no
build dependancies except for libtool (as of version 6) and gcc.

I assume you're talking about FreeBSD ports, and as such I have no idea.
A quick search on the web shows that yes that is the latest port, which
is rather disappointing.
