Reformatted FAQ and manual now online

Hi.

I have rewritten the ezmlm-idx FAQ and manual documents from the
generated HTML into TeXinfo so I can (yes, finally) update it to reflect
current versions.  You can find the new versions online at:

	http://ezmlm.org/texifaq/
	http://ezmlm.org/manual/

Please review these documents and let me know if any sections ended up
formatted wrong or contain inaccurate documentation.  Note that these
locations are not necessarily permanent.  When I am satisfied with the
documents, I will move it over top of the existing FAQ and manual.
