Localization of messages

Hi.

The next version of ezmlm-idx will have support for localized messages,
including all error messages, all subject lines, and several other
internal messages that were previously hard-coded in idx.h.  These
messages are loaded at run time and so can be customized for each list
and for each language.  However, I cannot translate the messages into
other languages.

Is anybody willing to spend a couple of hours to translate these
messages into one of the languages already present in ezmlm-idx so I can
include them with the released distribution?
