The sources contain the English texts, so there is nothing needed to
generate there.  I have concentrated all the texts into one header (just
like it was before), so picking out the texts that need translation is
very easy.

I do appreciate that storing the localized texts in po or xliff files
would allow the use of more tools for translation.  However actually
parsing said files within ezmlm-idx is not nearly so simple, especially
when compared with open;read;constmap_init.
