Well, it's not exactly shortly, but I have something to present.

I have put up a quick-n-dirty web interface for the text files that will
be extended to handle the messages ASAP.  You can use it to submit new
translations, and I will merge them into the package.

Note: if the texts appear to be broken, it's probably because there is
no valid charset.  I don't know what the charset for these broken texts
are (like ch_GB), so please let me know what they should be.  Thanks.
