Sub lists

I have been reading up on sublists and cannot make up my mind on whether 
I can populate the addresses in the sublist automatically from the main 
list.

My problem is as follows:
Have been using ezmlm to handle a twice monthly mailshot for one of my 
customers.

His website has been redeveloped with a MySql database of his customers. 
This database contains information as to whether the customer wants to 
receive the regular mailshot as well as a special interests category 
that may be mailed out sporadically.

Instead of maintaining my ezmlm mailing list database I would like to 
start using the website database.

For various reasons we want the mailshot to be sent from a sever remote 
to the website ... my thoughts were
If we have an ezmlm mailing list on the website with a sublist on the 
remote mailer we could achieve this ... but how would we populate the 
addresses into the sublist?
