Default reply to address in ezmlm posting

Hello - and please forgive what I am sure is a simple thing for very
experienced users of ezmlm

I run a VPS which comes with a management system called LxAdmin. The mailing
list which comes with lxadmin is ezmlm and it works very well.

I understand from what I have read in the docs that I have been able to find
that the default reply-to address should be that of the human sender of the
message. However, that does not seem to be the case with the installation
created by LxAdmin. There is no mention of the human sender, only the list's
address.

I guess there must be a way of changing this but I have looked and cannot
find it. Maybe I am blind...

I would appreciate your help. Basically I would like replies to postings to
be directed toward the original author, not the list itself.
