RE: Modifying bounce handling

I'm not experiencing a problem as such but the lists are configured for 
announce functions and the subscriptions are handled silently from a
web application by sending subscribe and unsubscribe commands without
requiring confirmation from the user. 

I therefore want to know if an address has been removed from the list by
the bounce handler.
